Bonjour quelqu’un peut m’aider sur un mini challenge en anglais 4 eme

It was night time, i was just about to go to bed, When suddenly by looking at the street from my window I saw someone suspicious in front of a jewellery shop named fantasy in st Mary street. I quickly came out of my house to take a closer look and hid behind a tree. The person was surely a robber I thought. She was trying to open the door of the shop with a Bobby pin. So without wasting anytime I called the police. They asked me a few questions and came in less then 10 mins.

The robber got arrested and both the shop owner and the police were really thankful to me.
