a)

x - 3/7 = 2/3

x - 3/7 + 3/7 = 2/3 + 3/7

x + 0 = 23/21

x = 23/21

b)

4/3y = 5

4/3y / 4/3 = 5 / 4/3

y = 15/4

c)

4/5x = 6

4/5x / 4/5 = 6 / 4/5

x = 15/2

d)

4x + 3 = 2x + 6

4x - 2x = 6 - 3

2x = 3

x = 3/2

Exercice 16 :

A(x) = 2x(3 - 5x)

A(x) = 2x*3 + 2x*(-5x)

A(x) = 6x - 10x²

B(x) = -3(7x - 2)

B(x) = -3*7x - 3*(-2)

B(x) = -21x + 6

C(x) = (6 - 7x)(2x - 5)

C(x) = 6*2x - 7x*2x - 5*6 - 7x*(-5)

C(x) = 12x - 14x² - 30 + 35x

C(x) = -14x² + 47x - 30
