= 10^6

b/

= 10^(9-2)/10^(5-1)

= 10^7/10^4

= 10^(7-4)

= 10^3

c/

(10^4)^3 / 10^5 * 10^3

= 10^(4*3) / 10^(5+3)

= 10^12 / 10^8

= 10^(12-8)

= 10^4

d/

(10^2)^6 / 10^-2 * 10^-3

= 10^(2*6) / 10^(-2-3)

= 10^12 / 10^-5

= 10^(12-(-5))

= 10^17
